Children's Theatre from age 10 - 15. moved to Falkirk area and joined Falkirk Players - played John (Husband) in "Men Should Weep" at Dundalk International Festival ( nominated for best actor). Many other leading roles and parts in plays such as Diary of Anne Frank - The Philosophers Stone - Wisdom of Eve - Abigail's Party - Death of a Salesman. G&S SHOWS - Iolanthe- Mikado - Trial by Jury - HMS Pinafore etc
Pantomime - PLAYED DAME in practically every popular Panto you could name over a period of 12 years. Recently I have been filming with two talented young writer/directors called Kris Cummins and David O Gray. I play the lead role in a short film called "Crackpot" which was chosen to be screened at the Scottish Short Film Festival in Glasgow and won the Best Comedy film at the HB FILM FESTIVAL in Paisley. Further to that on BBC I Player you can see me play the lead role in "Murder most Foul" in a series called "Tales from the Pub" which went out on October 27th 2019

Skills

As an engineer I can do most manual tasks involving tools
As a salesman I learned to be adaptable and to listen to others
As a grandfather I know how to tell a story using different voices and dialects
I can hold a tune and like to sing especially songs by Frank Sinatra - Neil Diamond - Nat KIng Cole etc
I like telling jokes and I write poetry but MOST OF ALL I LOVE ACTING
